The product is excellent but the customer service after the sale left a lot to be desired. I didn’t receive a confirmation email with my order number until after I made a complaint through the chat bot on your website. However, the rude representative that was prompted found the information. I’m a customer, being told “You just have to wait,” is not a good phrase to use if you want to generate returning customers.
Identicle to the badges i did wear, i love them.
The badge looks and feels decent, but it was supposed to include two blue stars to separate the upper wording from the lower wording, like in the second attached photo. So, this badge is similar, but not the SAME as the actual badge. I used my years of service in the badge number location. It is still a very nice badge, just not exactly what I asked for. I'm guessing they can not install symbols (like stars), but it would have been nice to have been told up front that they would not place the stars in.
The badge quality is outstanding. A nice memento of days past when I wore a direct likeness of this creation. Great job guys!
I wanted a badge to make a shadow box after I retired. I saw an advertisement on social media and thought I would take a chance on Mainny. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. My order was processed quickly and arrived sooner than I expected. The product is good quality at a reasonable price.
It’s a great addition for my shadowbox project.
The California State seal is angled incorrectly. It needs to be rotated to the left.

It was very nice dealing with this company. Their badges are made very strong. I noticed they were a little thicker than the last one I had that I ran over.love the state of California seal it is very nicely done. Thank you very much for doing such a good job.
Very heavy, nice badge for the price!
This custom made badge looked great. It was made to order and they got it exact. Very nice and professional looking. Thank You.

I loved it very nice badge and I will order another one soon 😊 Thanks!
Paint very light in spots Wouldn’t I have a star as the potters?
The quality is definitely there. They included a chain should I want to wear my badge around my neck. The size and weight is on point !
Great product! Highly recommend…
Great product, great customer service
Surprisingly good quality product
Very nicely made. Just what we needed for our Acting Troup. Thank you!
Very nice product; I am going to tell law enforcement agencies that I come in contact with.
It’s good, for the price it looks fantastic. But planning on ordering 2 more.
The badge was made just as I wanted it to look and was just like the original. Thanks
I failed to proof the order correctly so the second line is wrong. Otherwise it is an excellent badge.

Just what I needed.
I'm impressed by how quickly my order was shipped to me. It is exactly as I had ordered it. There is a slight flaw, though. The state seal is not precisely aligned. It is rotated slightly clockwise. The top of the seal should be aligned at the 12 o'clock position. Instead, it is rotated almost to the 1 o'clock position. Aside from that, I am very satisfied with my purchase. This piece will go into a display I am putting together to summarize my years in law enforcement.

Being a fan of the fictional WAREHOUSE 13 television series, as well as having met a few of the cast in the series. I have quite a few of their autographs. What better way to have a fictional badge from WAREHOUSE 13 ARTIFACT SECURITY. A good quality item to have. I am considering getting other badges from here. 😁👍
