Free shipping on all orders over $99. No additional import duties or tariffs.
Every Mainny badge is made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping when planning your purchase.
Production Time
Our custom badges take 2–3 weeks to make before shipment. Shipping time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Cost
- Orders under $99: Standard shipping $6.60
- Orders $99 or more: Free shipping
Estimated Shipping Time (after dispatch)
- United States: 7–10 days
- United Kingdom: 5–7 days
- Canada: 7–10 days
- Other countries: approximately 10–15 days
Total waiting time = 2–3 weeks of production + shipping time to your destination. These shipping times are estimates.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number. You can check your shipment using carrier tracking (such as 4PX or USPS when applicable) or our Track Your Order page. Enter your order or confirmation number together with the email address or phone number used at checkout. No login is needed.
If you have not received a tracking number yet, your badge may still be in production. Contact us with your order number for an update.
Change of Delivery Address
We can update your shipping address any time before the order has been dispatched. We cannot change the address after shipping. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Lost Packages
If your parcel has been in transit for 30 days without delivery (counting from dispatch, not including production time), please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier. Once we confirm the parcel is lost, you may choose a free replacement or a refund.
