The product is excellent but the customer service after the sale left a lot to be desired. I didn’t receive a confirmation email with my order number until after I made a complaint through the chat bot on your website. However, the rude representative that was prompted found the information. I’m a customer, being told “You just have to wait,” is not a good phrase to use if you want to generate returning customers.
Identicle to the badges i did wear, i love them.
The badge looks and feels decent, but it was supposed to include two blue stars to separate the upper wording from the lower wording, like in the second attached photo. So, this badge is similar, but not the SAME as the actual badge. I used my years of service in the badge number location. It is still a very nice badge, just not exactly what I asked for. I'm guessing they can not install symbols (like stars), but it would have been nice to have been told up front that they would not place the stars in.
The badge quality is outstanding. A nice memento of days past when I wore a direct likeness of this creation. Great job guys!
I wanted a badge to make a shadow box after I retired. I saw an advertisement on social media and thought I would take a chance on Mainny. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I'm impressed by how quickly my order was shipped to me. It is exactly as I had ordered it. There is a slight flaw, though. The state seal is not precisely aligned. It is rotated slightly clockwise. The top of the seal should be aligned at the 12 o'clock position. Instead, it is rotated almost to the 1 o'clock position. Aside from that, I am very satisfied with my purchase. This piece will go into a display I am putting together to summarize my years in law enforcement.
