The badge itself is very well done. You can see in the video that it is damn near perfect. However, the customer communication mainny has leaves a little bit to be desired. This was a reorder from a previous purchase but the company needed to details of the customizing again. Then it comes without a packing slip. However, they do a very good job of customizing the badge. Customers just have to make a special effort to keep communication open.
This particular order came within the specified period of time. It was also precisely as I ordered it. However, it did not have a packing slip.

Two years ago, I lost the badge I originally received when the Depot closed in 1998. When I saw this site I saw that I could craft a replica 95% accurate to the original. The badge arrived in about a week and is an absolute work of art. Many thanks for helping me hold on to a memory of my youth.
I wish there was a different font because it is hard to see the lettering wish it was more bold to make the lettering more visible other than the lettering being small it is a very nice badge.
